ICE arrested eight men from Tajikistan in New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles over the weekend who had been on the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force’s radar for their potential ties to ISIS, three people familiar with the matter tell NBC News. All eight men crossed into the U.S. through the southern border and passed criminal background checks. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley has more.
