Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau responded to the vehicle explosion incident at the U.S.-Canadian border while addressing Canadian parliament. Trudeau said he was in contact with U.S. officials about the “very serious situation” and that four border crossings were now closed out of precaution.
