In Texas, a pregnant mother has to leave the state to receive an emergency abortion her doctors say she urgently needs. A judge previously ordered Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton not to enforce its six-week abortion ban for the mother’s case but that decision was put on hold by Paxton.
