Texas Gov. Abbott released video of state officials flying roughly 100 migrants from the border to Chicago, saying he wants to relieve overwhelmed border towns. DHS officials tell NBC News that more than 12,000 migrants have crossed the border for three days in a row, breaking all previous daily records. NBC News’ Guad Venegas reports.
