For the second time in two weeks, a state ruled that former President Trump is ineligible to run for president in 2024. The decisions in both Maine and Colorado will not go into effect until the appeals process is exhausted, meaning Trump will remain on the ballot for now. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
