A Chinese foreign exchange student has been found safe after police say he became the victim of a suspected cyber kidnapping scam. Police believe the 17-year-old’s virtual kidnappers are in China and had been manipulating him for weeks and threatening to hurt his family. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
