Gamescom Latam announced today that David Alpert will be the keynote speaker at its upcoming June event. Alpert joins Skybound co-chairman Jon Goldman at the event for a fireside chat titled “Expansion of IP & Games,” where they will talk about moving franchises across different entertainment media and the changing needs of consumers. The two will have their chat on June 28.
Alpert said in a statement, “Being the keynote speaker at gamescom latam is an honor. Gamescom Latam is a new event that takes place on June 26-30 at the Sao Paulo Expo which incorporates the existing Brazilian International Games (BIG) Festival. It’s organized by Gamescom, Koelnmesse, Omelete Company, BIG Festival, and Game (the German gaming trade body).
