The Department of Justice released its massive investigation into the law enforcement response to the 2022 school shooting in Uvalde. The report found “cascading failures of leadership, decision-making, tactics, policy and training.” The grandmother of one of the victims told NBC News’ Morgan Chesky she remains incredibly angry with officers for taking 77 minutes to enter the classrooms where the shooting occurred.
