For the fifth time in a week, the United States has struck the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, saying it prevented more attacks on ships in the Red Sea. President Joe Biden today acknowledged the new strikes have not deterred the Houthi attacks. NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.
