The Pentagon released the names of three U.S. soldiers killed in a drone attack by an Iranian-backed militia over the weekend. The attack injured at least 34 others. It was the third drone attack on the base in recent months, and U.S. officials say air defense systems may have been confused by an American drone returning to the base at the same time.
