Beyoncé, a modern-day queen of pop, has a music career spanning a legendary two decades. And she’s one of the best-selling artists in history. But what is Beyonce’s net worth?
With eight studio albums, five live albums, and a string of successful singles, Beyoncé’s music empire has been the biggest source of her wealth. Starting with Destiny’s Child, her album sales alone brought in over 60 million dollars. But her solo career was even more successful. Beyoncé’s wealth nearly doubled in 2023, thanks to her “Renaissance World Tour.” The tour sold a total of 2.7 million tickets, netting her a cool $100 million dollars. Her other tours also earned her a considerable fortune: $119.5 million from her 2009 world tour, $212 million from her “On the Run” tour, $256 million from her “Formation World Tour,” -and another $254 million from her “On the Run Two” tour.
But Beyonce isn’t only a music icon. She’s starred in movies like “Dreamgirls” and “The Pink Panther,” and even voiced Nala in the Lion King remake. She also wrote, directed and produced her very own Renaissance Tour movie which brought in over 40 million dollars at the global box office. According to IMDB, Beyonce’s global box office appearances have brought in over 2.5 billion dollars.
Beyond entertainment, Beyoncé’s fashion brand, Ivy Park, is a major player in her financial portfolio. In 2022 the line brought in $40 million, and an estimated $65 million in 2023. Beyoncé, alongside her husband Jay-Z, also have an impressive real estate portfolio. Their crown jewel is undoubtedly a 30,000 square foot Malibu mansion, which holds the record for the most expensive property purchased in California history, at a staggering $200 million. Her real estate collection also includes a New Orleans home, a luxurious New York City penthouse, and a sprawling mansion in the Hamptons.
She’s also leveraged her personal brand into some pretty big endorsement deals. The biggest, at 60 million, was with Netflix for her Coachella appearance in 2019. She’s also done brand deals including Pepsi, L’Oreal, Ford, and American Express. Beyoncé’s total net worth is around $800 million, according to Forbes. But with her diverse revenue streams and relentless work, it won’t be long before she joins the exclusive billionaire club.
