Police say 18-year-old Anthony Allegrini Jr. was shot and killed after he allegedly struck two state troopers with his car. Pennsylvania State Police say the incident occurred after troopers tried to make contact with Allegrini and his vehicle “failed to yield.” WCAU’s Karen Hua reports.
