The FBI has not revealed what sparked its deadly confrontation with a man who had threatened to kill President Biden as he headed to Salt Lake City, Utah. The man said he was “cleaning the dust” off his sniper rifle, according to court documents. NBC News’ Peter Alexander has more details.
