Report: North Korean missile capable of striking U.S. likely result of Russian cooperation

A think tank report obtained by NBC News concluded that North Korea’s ballistic missile test launch in July 2023 was likely the product of technical cooperation with Russia. NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell shares the latest.
