At least a dozen people were killed when a Russian missile crashed into a market in the Ukrainian city of Kostiantynivka. It is one of the deadliest attacks in months in the war between Ukraine and Russia and came hours after U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv.
