Two months after the Buffalo mass shooting, Tops Supermarket is set to reopen tomorrow. The supermarket has a new sign, new products and a memorial to honor the victims. The suspect was indicted on federal hate crime charges and could face the death penalty. Officials are calling the shooting a racially motivated massacre.
