Gunfire heard amid Sudan ceasefire, reports say

Foreign countries are scrambling to evacuate their citizens from Sudan during a fragile ceasefire amid reports of sporadic gunfire and explosions in parts of Khartoum. NBC News’ Richard Engel breaks down whether Sudan’s army or the Rapid Support Forces are willing to negotiate and what role the U.S. could play in a truce between the two sides.
