A New Orleans pastor reacts to a four-year-old and two-year-old that were stabbed on Sunday near his church during a service, saying he is “concerned about the mental illness” in the community. Police said both children were taken to hospital by a private car, but the four-year-old girl died at the hospital while the two-year-old boy remains in critical condition.
