Russian President Vladimir Putin set to formally announce an annexation of at least four regions in Ukraine following referendums in those areas which are primarily controlled by Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and western allies called the elections a “sham”. NBC News’ Jay Gray reports.
