Stocks Shake Off Weak Jobs Report, Apple to Announce New iPad Mini

Stocks are higher in midday trading despite a disappointing and delayed September jobs report. Apple is expected to announce a new iPad Mini, while Nokia has already debuted their first tablet, the Lumia 2520. Also, Netflix soars after it quadruples profits this quarter. Keith Bliss of Cuttone & Co. weighs in with TheStreet’s Brittany Umar.
