Cramer says curb your enthusiasm on shares of Twitter if its market capitalization hits $20 billion on its IPO. Though he likes the company and the service, he is concerned about their inability to entice advertisers internationally. Over-enthusiasm, as in the Facebook IPO, could cause a run-up in the share price at the IPO despite these problems. Jim won’t endorse Twitter at a market capitalization over $20 billion, regardless of the number of shares offered.
