Stock futures are up at market open on strong German factory orders data and talk of continued monetary easing. Tesla stock is dropping despite selling a record 5500 Model S cars, which fell short of estimates. CEO Elon Musk blamed the sales miss on production constraints. Earnings for media companies have begun, starting with Time Warner and Fox have reported with Disney following shortly. Their earings show that even though TV viewers are down, it’s still good business.
