Markets closer lower after Fed Reserve minutes show the central bank intends to wind back bond buying in coming months if the economy continues to improve. The ECB is also considering a smaller than usual cut in the deposit rate. TheStreet’s Jane Searle reports from the New York Stock Exchange.
