May.30 — Amazon’s shareholder meeting has raised new concerns about the power held by its board, and CEO Jeff Bezos, with some pushing to separate Bezos’ chairman and CEO roles. Meanwhile, the board recently adopted a policy, under some duress, requiring that women and minorities be considered for board seats. Shannon Gordon, CEO of the BoardList, a group that works to connect women to serve on public and private boards, joins “Bloomberg Technology” to discuss.
