Markets closed lower after Fed Minutes showed concern about risks to financial stability while strong ADP jobs numbers reignited concern around a deeper cut to stimulus. Macy’s shares gained more than 5 percent in after-hours trading after the department store chain said it would cut 2,500 jobs in a bid to slash costs and restructure.
