Colorado took the plunge by being the first state to legalize the recreational use of marijuana and Washington is not far behind. Mason Tvert, Director of Communications at The Marijuana Policy Project tells TheStreet’s Debra Borchardt which states look most likely to legalize marijuana in this election year. While there are already over 20 states that have legalized the medicinal use of marijuana, recreational use is viewed much differently.
