Sanaa Seif, the sister of jailed Egyptian-British political activist Alaa Abdel Fattah, arrived in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, early on Monday, to participate in the COP27 climate conference a day after her brother planned to stop drinking water 219 days into a hunger strike.
