Yahoo! Mail is the latest high-profile site to get hacked. Following similar data breaches at Target and Neiman Marcus, Yahoo! announced its mail site had been hacked but that customer information had not been stolen. Yahoo! says it suspects a third-party database was hacked and the company is working with authorities to determine who is behind the theft of emails and passwords. This isn’t the first time Yahoo! has had a cyber attack – the company was a target multiple times in 2012.
