Consumers are addicted to sugar, but food and beverage companies are always looking for an affordable and palatable sugar substitute. Stevia First CEO Robert Brook believes his product can solve the sugar problem. Stevia First is able to extract the compounds that work best in food and drink. Brook hopes his product will be able to replace sugar and artificial sweeteners for many major companies that want to deliver sweetened products, but without the high cost.
