Billionaires like George Soros and the late Peter Lewis have been big financial supporters of NORML, the National Organization for the Repeal of Marijuana Laws. Now the tide is turning for a new generation to help the non-profit organization, says Executive Director Allen St. Pierre. Newly-minted silicon valley millionaires are stepping up to help the group further the cause. However, even as many states are voting to decriminalize marijuana, the federal government works against it.
