Shares of Ventas provide the ‘perfect combination of growth and yield,’ says TheStreet’s Jim Cramer. Ventas, which runs the largest chain of senior living facilities in America, is top notch and has a CEO who is ‘hard-charging and likes to return a lot of money to shareholders,’ according to Cramer. The facilities CEO Debra Cafaro runs are best in breed compared to other operators Cramer calls ‘sub-par.’ For those reasons, Cramer ranks Ventas CEO Debra Cafaro as one of his ’21 Bankable CEOs.’
