The Special Olympics USA Games will be hosted by New Jersey June 14-21, 2014. Nearly 3,500 athletes will compete in 16 Olympic-style team and individual sports. TheStreet’s Jill Malandrino joins Chairman & CEO of the Games, TJ Nelligan in celebration of bring the event back to the USA, the first time ever in New Jersey. Nelligan explains it will break records in terms of corporate sponsorship and volunteer participation, but most importantly it showcases the dedication of awe-inspiring athletes.
