The U.S. labor force participation rate stays unchanged at 63% in February, while the economy adds 175,000 jobs in February. Pension Partners research director Charlie Bilello tells TheStreet’s Joe Deaux that the immediate rise in stocks suggests that investors like the latest jobs report, which also upwardly revised the prior two months’ payrolls by 25,000. Bilello reminds investors that in past years we’ve seen a weak economic start to the year followed by a strong jump into Spring.
