Global stocks were mixed on Tuesday, with strong trade data from Germany failing to provide sufficient impetus to break a three-day losing streak for some European indices. In London mining company African Barrick Gold tumbled after Canadian parent Barrick Gold Corp. sold a 10% stake and in Switzerland Geberit rose on hopes an incoming CEO from blue chip consultancy McKinsey & Co. will have the steel to address the market challenges the bathroom fittings maker faces.
