TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says two issues confounding investors — the crisis in Ukraine and Russia, and China — are causing the market to become oversold and unaffected domestic stocks are trying to stabilize. Cramer says the market doesn’t have a lot of news to drive stocks higher, and there are no market catalysts in the next few weeks. But, Cramer says investors can take advantage of a dip in Celgene shares on news that one of its drugs was rejected.
