Sundance documentary ‘Blackfish’, which investigated SeaWorld’s treatment of captive killer whales, had little impact on attendance at its namesake theme parks. In its fourth-quarter report, the company said it saw a record-high turnout at SeaWorld Parks for the season, though across its parks portfolio attendance dropped 1.4%. Sales saw a 3% uptick boosted by increased revenue per capita. Net losses of 15 cents a share were in line with analysts’ estimates and not unusual for winter quarters.
