A disturbing lawsuit sprung up recently involving McDonald’s workers. Belus Capital Advisors’ Brian Sozzi thinks the development deserves careful attention from investors in low wage sectors and believes there is a McDonald’s worker uprising brewing. Sozzi dug into McDonald’s recently released annual report in light of this news and found one key problem facing investors should more of these lawsuits arise. McDonald’s being on the hook for a large settlement could alter the company’s future.
