It was a rocky opening for A10 Networks as traders anxiously waited for the SEC to approve the offering. A10 had a late night amendment to its filing, causing the stock to open lower that what it had priced at. However, investors hungry for new tech names quickly pushed the value above the pricing of $15. CEO Lee Chen is not worried with its intellectual property lawsuits and tells TheStreet’s Debra Borchardt the company continues to add new customers.
