Tesla Motors has struck a deal to keep selling cars through its retail stores in New York state. The automaker reached a deal with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, the New York State Automobile Dealers Association and the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association to continue to operate its five existing stores, although new ones will be allowed only through dealerships. The agreement is similar to one the automaker reached recently in Ohio.
