TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says Tesla contesting New Jersey’s decision to ban sales of the company’s electric cars will probably not reverse the court’s ruling. The uptick in jobless claims does not bode well for the March jobs report on Friday but likely won’t have much of an impact. Cramer expects a “middling” report. The Google stock split should also have no impact, says Cramer, and he is not worried about Google’s performance. Family-run business, like Viacom and News Corp, are not uncommon in the media.
