Avis Budget Group’s stock will continue to outperform Hertz shares if it leverages its Zipcar business, says Brian Peery, portfolio manager for the Hennessy Cornerstone Mid-Cap 30 Fund. Peery is also a fan of Huntington Ingalls and says the shipbuilder will continue to grow and pay a dividend despite the threat of military cutbacks. Finally, he says Alaska Airline will continue to remain aloft because of its strong customer satisfaction ratings and cash flow.
