European stocks are up and the mood is cautiously positive despite Ukraine, and investors are waititing for what the Fed will say. The Big three German auto-makers wheel out good figures and drive up their stock prices, but Germany’s exports disappoint for February, before the effects of the Ukraine crisis were even felt. Elsewhere, Britain’s trade gap narrows.
