Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos may need to be on high alert when it comes to Google — its next $20 billion business idea, Google Computer Engine is aimed directly at Amazon. Google wants to compete against Amazon Web Services for control of the infrastructure-as-a-service market. There are a handful of players already in the game, like Microsoft and Amazon. A Bernstein Research analyst projects that Amazons and Google’s cloud business could very well exceed $40 billion in revenues by the end of the decade.
