TheStreet’s Jim Cramer is surprised Zebra Technologies’ stock isn’t doing better on news of its deal to buy Motorola Solutions’ barcodes division. Zebra paid a “song” compared to what Motorola paid for the division in 2006, says Cramer, and the deal cements Zebra’s hold on the mobile barcodes business. Cramer thinks there is a strong opportunity for Zebra even though the stock was up “way too much” in premarket trading, and when the smoke clears, the stock will be bought, not sold.
