European stock indices head lower on the final day of trading before major markets close for a four-day Easter break. A flow of disappointing company news from high-profile groups including software maker SAP, and drinks producers Remy Cointreau and Diageo adds to the malaise. But restructuring U.K. insurer RSA, which was laid low last year by accounting issues at its Irish unit, cheers investors, as its recently arrived CEO raises more than $500 million from disposals.
