Despite numerous recent challenges like the credit crisis and Russia’s political regression, the future of globalization is secure and will continue to make the world as a whole richer, says Michael Mandelbaum, author of “The Road to Global Prosperity”. The U.S. military will play a large role in global wealth creation since the world depends on it the US navy to police the world’s waterways. Finally, Mandelbaum says immigration is an asset and the US is better positioned to benefit from it than Europe.
