Many restaurant patrons may be shocked this summer when looking down at the menu by higher prices. There are three ingredients to most meals, especially related to yummy desserts, which have experienced strong price increases of late that are unlikely to moderate. Belus Capital Advisors CEO Brian Sozzi lists the three ingredients and what restaurants will do to offset higher costs — and it won’t just be price increases across the menu.
