Twitter reported earnings that disappointed investors and sent many flying to the exit doors. Twitter did deliver revenue growth and higher advertising revenue, but investors were disappointed that user growth was not as high as competitors Facebook and LinkedIn. The stock has lost a third of its value year-to-date and roughly 84% of the stock is unlocked from the IPO on May 6th. Many market watchers expect insiders to sell stock causing another drop in price.
