But when Kelly Jones was caught wearing perfume in the tasting room, it gave her an idea for a small business that breaks the rules. After spending a bulk of her professional life in the auto industry, Jones went on to create Kelly & Jones, a fragrance company with scents inspired by notes found in various wines. Jones reveals how she built her small business, faced critics who she says misunderstood her mission and continues to challenge the conventions of wine and fragrance.
