TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says he does not expect Coca Cola CEO Muhtar Kent to be replaced due to pressure from an activist investor. Coca Cola shareholder, Wintergreen Advisers, said on Monday that Kent should be replaced. Wintergreen, which owns less than 1 percent of the company, said Kent was ‘incapable of leading the beverage maker’s turnaround’, and added that the company’s shares are deeply discounted because of poor management and governance. Cramer says Coca Cola is a stable company but acknowledges Kent has not done as well as Indra Nooyi from Pepsi. However, Cramer says the focus should be on the company buying out the rest of Keurig Green Mountain and Monster Energy. He says this is the moment when Coca Cola should be buying Monster before we get to 2016 earnings where it turns out to be so cheap.
